"My Sequences is getting turned off automatically." What should I do?
In this case, do the following checks:
- Make sure your mailbox has been set up properly. You can check it here by clicking on Errors Log
- If there is an issue with the syncing or sending, please delete your mailbox and create a new one again.
- If its One Click set up of Gmail or Outlook, make sure that you have enabled Salestools in the 3rd party app settings of your email provider.
TIP: If you have already two mailboxes and one of them is working, you can replace the working mailbox into the Sequence as displayed below:
